P.L.S.M. Youth Short Film

The film workshop will cover operating cameras, lighting, and editing software. We will then work on creating a script, outline, or music recording for a music video. We will plan out the scenes with storyboards and identify locations, props, cast members, costumes, and special effects. After creating a detailed shooting schedule, we will choose a director and cinematographer. Casting will be the final stage of pre-production, and depending on the project, we can hire actors or fill the roles ourselves. We will gain hands-on experience with filming and recording sound on set. Post-production will involve choosing the best shots and editing the project. The end goal is to have a finished film ready for screening.

Please ensure that you carefully review the dates and times before confirming your participation in this project. We understand that unexpected events and scheduling conflicts may arise, and we encourage everyone to attend the growth sessions regularly, even if they are unable to commit to the entire short film schedule. However, given the nature of this project and the time constraints of the program, we kindly request that only those who are certain of their availability for the specified dates and times RSVP. This will allow us to plan our video shoot effectively and ensure its success. We also ask participating parents and mentors to RSVP, and if you are a participating parent, please register yourself and add your children's names so that we have a complete roster. Thank you!

Mentors and volunteers from Bunk 57 Ministries can provide transportation for program participants if needed during this schedule.
