Bunk 57 Ministries multimedia projects are designed to generate a fanbase as well as awareness and support for our organization and its community efforts. To accomplish this more efficiently, we are seeking volunteers with an interest in film production. Positions available include:

• Cinematographer
• Director
• Editor
• Sound Designer
• Lighting Designer
• Production Assistants

If you are passionate about ministering to disenfranchised youth through Hip-Hop & Cinema and looking to build your resume, gain experience and make connections with others in the filmmaking field, this position might be for you. Simply indicate that you wish to volunteer for "film crew" on the form below. We'd be delighted to have you as a member of our team.

We are seeking mentors to join our P.L.S.M.Youth program. We need men who are committed to helping younger men achieve their highest potential academically, socially, physically, emotionally, and spiritually by providing the guidance, care, and commitment that is missing in their life. Mentors must have a sincere desire to be involved with youth, be respectful of young people, have active listening skills, empathy, and the ability to see solutions and opportunities along with a flexible schedule. Each mentor will go through  training with a group of 5-6 other men spending 7-8 weeks in interactive discussion for about two hours each week, learning the intangible principles of mentorship before connecting with a mentee.

Our long-term goal is to expand our services to include indigent care packages and mentorship for current inmates, pre-release employment arrangements, connecting men to housing, vocational and entrepreneurship training, and a regular support group. These efforts will necessitate a collaboration of organizations and volunteers. If you are passionate about assisting returning citizens or are involved with an organization that would be an excellent partner in terms of referrals or services, we need you!

Every donation helps fund our programs and continue our mission of diverting youth from the school to prison pipeline and advancing successful re-entry for returning citizens.
